"I booked this property after reading all the 10 ratings. That's a joke. Non of the door in the apartment close properly. Dryer was full of wet towels and bedsheets that we need to end up drying separately and folded ourselves. Check in process was very confusing and no one was at the lobby of the property. I definitely would never book this property again."

Thankfully security shared a cell number where we could reach someone from the company, but even after that there were multiple hoops to jump through and issues sending the wrong information."

"Hotel was lovely & clean. The staff were great & the family suite was really spacious & well fitted out with a kitchenette & laundry room, however we very disappointed by the poorly fitted blinds & the lack of curtains in the bedroom & living area. The sofa bed was also extremely uncomfortable."

"Mapleleaf Square could not be in a better location for staying downtown. Took the train from Pearson Airport to Union Station and just walked to it without having to go outside. Right across from Rogers centre five minute walk to Ripley‘s aquarium. The apartment was clean and spacious for three of us. There were lots of shops, cafés and restaurants around. Would definitely book there again if going to Toronto."

"The ONLY positive is its location. The first red flag was how difficult it was to get the keys to the apartment. With no one on site to assist you, you have to rely on the lackluster directions and poor communication from the host. Eventually we got into the apartment and upon entering, the apartment was 80°F and was decently clean but there were a few flies flying around (found out why very soon) and some crumbs here and there. First thing we did as we settled in was to turn down the A/C to 65...

"The communication between the people who own this property and rented out and myself was terrible. They waited until the last few days to collect information. I was already on my way to my trip and didn’t wanna take the time to send them photo IDs, etc., etc. when I’m already traveling to that destination it took us at least three hours to get into the unit once we arrived. They did not leave us the fob for the parking area or send us the letter about it. Ask for a refund a partial refund anyway...
