"The room was amazing. More supplies and ammenities than we ever would have expected. Communication with the team members was very good. They made sure that we were all set up and then made themselves available if we needed anything (which we did not, but it was comforting to know that they were available). The neighborhood had some people who were 'down on their luck', but the building had security and the entry door was very close access for the taxi, so we always felt secure."

I did something wrong, so my mate had to check in and the guy at the lobby was very rude, whereas the owner of the apartment had told me everything would be easy, so I didn't forward those details to my mate. More of a complaint about the apartment BUILDING, not the apartment owner."
