"The 1 bedroom suite was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable however the sofa bed was horrible!! We had such excellent service from Blest, the houseman who brought us so many things to make our stay more comfortable. He was friendly, a good problem solver and his English and French were very good. The area has many homeless people but is well positioned to the Byward Market and Rideau Shopping Centre."

"This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at yet. My partner I go to Old Port in Montreal every year and we absolutely loved this hotel. It was very clean. We really enjoyed how there was laundry machines one unit, as we typically stay for almost a week and it’s nice to freshen up our clothed. There is also a kitchenette and a living room. We definitely will be back and can’t recommend this place enough to others."

Not the cleanest room, pullout mattress cover covered in dust and crumbs, kitchen a bit dirty, fridge a bit dirty, bedroom side table still had hair elastic from previous guest so wasn’t cleaned or wiped down. Construction on while building right in front, starts at 7am so no sleep after that! I would still stay here though, for the positive reasons previously mentioned."
