"I checked in at 10:00pm after a long day of travel. Very loud music was coming into my room from the bar. I was told it would continue until about 3:00am. There were earplugs on the bedside table, which means to me they know it's a problem they have! It was late, I was exhausted, traveling alone, and nothing nearby had availability at an affordable price. I did not sleep at all. If I had known this would be happening I would never have booked!"

"Apart from the late check in due to unwell staff at no means their fault, our room was not ready at the check in time. We could only gain access after an hour but the reception was very accommodating and allowed us an our late check out and gave us a bottle of wine. The room was very clean, well lit, comfy bed and loved the bath shower idea. The products they use for complimentary toiletries are very nice. Just might need a new fridge, the door on the insde was broken. The pool and jacuzzi was...

"From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. "

"Great amenities, activities and location. Kids loved the pool and playground. Rooms are comfortable but just a bit dated and the couch in our living room was a bit sunken in the middle. Otherwise a really great spot for what we needed. "
