Tim was amazing, there was an issue with our room and he made sure it was all sorted out. The rooms were were great value for money and restaurant and bar had great options. Highly recommend, was an enjoyable and relaxing stay😊

Very pleasant stay

Very pleasant stay. Standard Room was spacious and had a balcony. Decent sized bathroom. The gym was equipped with enough machines and weights to do a basic work out. Great customer service from the staff and were able to extend my check out time which was great.

Had an excellent stay and were sad to leave. Loved the space ,perfect for a family of 4. The master bedroom in particular was amazing ,so much space and a huge balcony opening out onto the water within the golf club. Was serene and we loved our peaceful breakfasts every day. Everything we needed in the room and more,well furnished. The facilities were excellent and we made full use of the pool,gym,tennis and sauna which felt like a bonus. Staff were always welcoming and helpful whenever we needed to use reception. Easy parking and plenty of room. Would defo stay here again when next in Wyong for sports carnivals

It was not a small 2bedroom apartment but 2stories town house. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Furnitures were aged but still comfy. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

A short break

From the check in to check out.the bed was so comfortable we had a fantastic sleep, the room was so relaxing, comfortable. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this place . The inside pool was beautiful to swim in , breakfast was not fantastic but good. Service was lovely in all areas.

The property suited our purposes and was clean. However there was a general musty odour, possibly due to water damage, the bed was uncomfortable, and we were woken early due to noise on the golf course. Staff were friendly and it was close to the venue we were visiting, but we wouldn’t rush back.

We had a room overlooking the golf course. Nice views but the room is a little dated. Stained curtains, scuffed walls that need a new paint job. Shower needs a good spray of exit mould between the tiles.

Property was lovely large apartment, is getting a little old and tired and paint peeling outside on veranda area, pool facility is fabulous as is onsite restaurant. The fold out bed the provide is a proper single with proper big mattress so fine for an adult. We were there when a conference was on and unfortunately they were very loud outside your room and in corridor’s all night . Being a golf resort if your in ground level near gold shop and restaurant you get woken up from 5.30 on with people talking heading to golf. Overall really nice place to stay and if conference was not there would have been very quiet. The bird life you see is wonderful

Always enjoy kooindah

A quick one night golf trip and everything worked well. Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, did self catering for dinner and breakfast. Only issues were limited TV channels- but could use own subscriptions to cast - and nowhere apart from inside to put muddy golf bags.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was well appointed and clean. It had everything you could wish for in a self-contained apartment. We did feel that the main door leading to the groups of apartments should have been secure in some way though. Our only real complaint about our stay was the breakfast. Options were limited and there clearly wasn't enough staff to manage things. Examples were no water in the coffee machine, no plates for the hot breakfasts, no coffee mugs, no replenishing of food items up to an hour before closing time (eg. toast!) and a lack of cutlery at times also.

Overall, most things were very good. A good asset is your staff who were unfailingly helpful, friendly, courteous and welcoming. We enjoyed our room which was spacious, clean and modern. We opted for the 'eco' choice and passed on a refresh of towels during our two night stay. Best to have more towel-rails available if you're encouraging this option. And perhaps some new towels and one of the two was rather threadbare. We had two breakfasts and one dinner during our stay. The breakfasts were a 'treat' with every possible option on offer and the hot breakfast choices were varied daily - well done! We had one dinner in the dining room and this was a treat too. Danielle made us very welcome and was helpful with the menu and professionally attentive. We loved the broad range of menu options, quality and quantity of our meals and the presentation. Again, well done. On both evenings we opted for a stroll in the streets adjoining the property and this was peaceful and easy. We were a bit disappointed that we (not golfers) were not permitted access to the course pathways as we would have loved to explore more of your beautiful landscaping. Overall, a relaxing and very enjoyable stay! Thanks.
