The grounds and facilities were great. While the apartment was all we wanted the furniture down stairs had seen better days and the outside table is a safety concern. Also for a 5 star property the cleaning should be a lot better, crumbs in the kitchen, mould in the ceilings and dirty towels.

Property was in a great location, short drive to the Entrance for more dining options. Being able to walk to Magenta Beach and enjoy a walk along the beach was good for a relaxing stroll, had the weather been a little better when I arrived it would have been a nice spot to sunbake & have a dip in the water. Gym was well equipped. Room a little basic but did its job as somewhere to rest and shower.

Great location. Staff were very attentive and professional. Accommodation was spacious n clean but showing its age in some area's .e.g. carpet stains and lots of scuff marks on walls,bedroom block out curtain was broken in parts.

Beautiful property. Very well set out. Pool and sauna were very relaxing and accessible. Pleasantly surroundings. Only thing we found missing were glassware in the kitchen and a rubbish bin in the apartment. Not a big deal but more for reference for th owners.

Outside of the strange and disappointing customer service and mould/insect filled room, we did like the peace and quiet while we enjoyed the pools, tennis courts and golfing facilities. The hotel had a massively hands-off approach to dealing with problems and had no interest in trying to make our stay better. This is also the first time I’ve had to pay to have my room cleaned even when they call themselves a “five star hotel”. Even though we did enjoy the surrounding area and aspects of the hotel, we were left with a sour taste in our mouths by the end of it. We did truely appreciate Melissa doing everything she could to make our stay the best it could be.

Regrettable stay

I was expecting luxury, clean villa but it was so run down, decor, lounge, dining dirty and dusty, tap was running. It needs a lot of TLC. Definitely not worth the rate they charge for each night. Glad we booked for the 1 night and not 5 as we planned.
