Very friendly staff and room with water view from good the room is amazing! The only thing could improve is the crowd control in the swimming pool and room internet service ( had to ask for a code for our room every day to access internet). Otherwise really happy with our stay!

Pool was great. Right on lake which was beautiful. Place is a bit dated but still nice. Big rooms . Directions to find by vehicle are very difficult.

The ocean view room was great. We saw whales from the balcony. The studio room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool and spa, the wind was blowing a gale, otherwise it would have been the perfect stay. The staff were excellent, we couldn't work out how to use the tv and I called reception, someone came within 10 minutes to come and show us. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot, friendly staff, clean room. Would have been nice to know if room had a balcony with water views rather than view of brick wall. Should have asked if there were accessible rooms. I am 74 and found it difficult to step over high bath to shower. Would definitely book again but ask more questions.

Birthday Getaway

Overall we were happy with our stay. The ocean view from our balcony was great and we saw whales breaching off shore both afternoons. The building is a bit run down and showing signs of neglect. Our room was comfortable and good size but the bathroom was pretty tired and old fashioned. The phone did not work in our room so we had to use our mobiles to contact reception. The tap over the tub in the bathroom leaked continuously and the manhole in the same room showed signs of a bad leak from the bathroom above and was quite ugly.
