"The breakfast was disappointing because the pictures on the app were not the same as reality the were no omelettes left. And our hotel room did not have coffee, the window was really loud and my kids were scared, and the bathroom shower door"

"The outside of the building looked clean and well maintained, but once we got to the room, it was very outdated and smelled like smoke. Many of the amenities were closed, including the pool. There was also an event taking place, which made the hotel very noisy. For the price we paid, the room felt more like a Motel 6 than a higher-end hotel. It was also difficult to find the pools and hot tubs because there were no clear signs or directions. Overall, the stay was definitely not worth the money."
