"Stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom, lake view, condo with my family. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance to Rainey Street and the path down by the water to Congress bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the hospitality. Would stay here again. "

"The garage conversion to a casita is pretty good, the reason we are rating it average is the lack of privacy. The blinds, if you can call them that, offer no privacy. There are no curtains or any other type of blind to close. You are able to see into theentite sleeping/living area from the street. This also means any lights in the main house illuminate the casita. Simply adding blackout blind or a simple curtain within the boho theme would work. This really is a significant issue as it feels...

"Lots of issues, TVs didn't work, hot water was scarce, kitchen wasn't very well stocked, dryer didn't work. Overall not a great stay. "

"We (family of 4) stayed 3 nights in this house. The location is great. Just few minutes away from Austin down town and UT west campus. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. We checked in on the Christmas Eve. The house is recently renovated with spacious bedrooms. The beds are firm, which we like it. The shower place is huge and clean. However, the towels and room area rugs look a bit outdated. The kitchen utensils can be upgraded and better organized. Here are the areas definitely...

"Great location in downtown Austin. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Nice bed. Enjoyed the balcony. Walkable to many great dining and drinking options, as well as the walking paths along the river (and kayaking). Enjoyed the pool area. The cost was comparable to many nearby typical hotels but you get a large kitchen and living room with a balcony. In my opinion, it would be crazy to pick a typical downtown brand hotel over Kasa when visiting Austin. Would definitely stay here again."
