"We enjoyed our stay at The Sunset Motel. We were greeted by the staff when we pulled so check-in was very easy. It is very nostalgic in its design and not too far from downtown Brevard. We enjoyed sitting on our porch area in the evening to have drinks. They also have a separate smoking area for guests alongside the motel. I would say my only complaint was the toilet in our room would run off and on. I forgot to mention it to the staff when we were leaving. Other than that, everything was...

"The property was clean, beautiful, and close to shops and restaurants. We loved sitting on our balcony and front deck area overlooking the river. Staff were friendly. We arrived at 3:30pm but were told check-in was at 4pm even though their website says 3. It was 4:15 when we were allowed to get in our room. That was a little annoying. They need to update the check-in time on their website. There was also no decaf coffee either morning. We told the staff but no reason given. My sister had to go...

"The hotel was 5 star all the way. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The manager was visible and offered dining, excursion and shopping suggestions. All excellent recommendations. Our suite was large yet had a cozy feel. Everything was immaculate. The breakfast was excellent from fresh berry compote to specialty pastries to imported coffee. A beverage bar was available 24/7. Breakfast out in the courtyard was quiet and lovely. The location was perfect for walking around town....

Food was delicious, the sitting area was cozy and our room was perfect. If it were possible we’d give 10 stars.
