"The suit was a great size however a bit of quick maintenance issues takes away from the whole experience. Bedroom door missing screws making closing and opening a noisy fight and the missing screen door on the slider meant I wasn’t confident to open the door."

"The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The parking lot was large enough and convenient. However, I had a little trouble finding the EXIT sign, which was somewhat annoying. Overall, I had a good stay and enjoyed my experience."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations and we wish we were able to stay longer. The lack of self parking was the only bug bare as we had to wait for the valet to bring our car round when we were running late, but that’s more on us than the hotel. If we were to return to Lake Tahoe we would definitely rebook here again."

"Pros. Private beach was awesome. Plenty of room even fully booked plenty of beach chairs provided by hotel. Location is great for beach activities close to all the fun lake stuff. Staff was very helpful and accommodating Great hot water and pressure Cons. No ac anywhere on property but they do have fans in every room The place is old.. like old. Has thick spongey carpet somewhat sandy which I understand being on the beach but they were lil grotey...the bed was actually pretty good however the pillows were like 2inchs thick so not great but we went to Safeway and bought our own.. The towels were plentiful but pretty small. While the water pressure was great the pipes banging from the water hammers was terrible especially in the mornings when everyone was showering maybe specific to where we stayed close to the laundry room but the pipes were banging Overall our stay was great the staff was very helpful and friendly seems like they know where they work probably hear the same complaints and go above and beyond to provide good service. The owners would do well to make some renovations 3stars Lake tahoe is magically beautiful"

"QR of tip should not be in the room, the room is not serviced daily. There is nothing in the room to inform guests that room will be not serviced unless a request is asked. It means if the complimentary coffee or tea are consumed. The guest has to request each time. Tipping is out of control, it seems to be entitlements these days."

"We love, Loved, LOVED IT! Will definitely go back... and it's hard for me to get my husband to go anywhere...lol We loved the brewery that was there. The Raggae band wasn't really my husband's thing, but we enjoyed the ambiance. We also loved, that, it was within walking distance to everything."
