I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ocean Coral & Turquesa in Mexico, and it was an unparalleled experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that exceeded all expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The level of service provided was truly exceptional. Every member of the staff was dedicated, hardworking, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Whether it was attending to our needs with promptness and efficiency or offering valuable recommendations for local attractions, their attention to detail was impeccable. Not only was the service outstanding, but the property itself was also immaculately maintained. Cleanliness and upkeep were evident in every corner, making for a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the staff took great pride in their work, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. Overall, our experience at Ocean Coral & Turquesa surpassed all expectations. The combination of exceptional service, warm hospitality, and a pristine property made for an unforgettable getaway. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough, and I eagerly look forward to returning in the future.

It was a nice resort all-inclusive, not bad for price. Adult only but the pool didn't play music and closed early. The staff treats you like royalty because they are trying to sell you on being a member. Go to the meeting and if you decline they drop you like nothing. Lost our concierge and staff who lead tour acted like they didn't know us. Resort was nice I would stay again. 7/10 staff

Food selection was not as good as I would like or have experienced in other resorts. Main dining area, protein was scarce, no flavour, cold and was the same every day. I went for breakfast and there was no sausage or bacon for a good portion of my breakfast. Then Dinner came, very little selection of proteins. It felt like the resort prioritized cheap carb loaded food over wholesome filling protein. Saying that, probably the best desserts i have had in any resort. The service was either slow or unorganized. Not sure, we waited 15 minutes to get water and then I noticed in the same time, another table was seated and got their drink orders right away. Bar Services were good and efficient. The adult only aspect of our reservations, wasnt sure why this was advertised this way, if you want a better experience you needed to leave the adult only to go to the general population area, especially if you like the sswim up bar option. "el Beso" what ever, not worth it.
