"We were welcomed with smiling faces and professional staff. Room was immaculate and our view was stunning. We had lake view. The glacier basin experience was the best. It was invigorating and relaxing. We had a little skate although the ice was not quite ready as it usually is. Not the hotels fault as there was warm weather recently that impeded getting it ready. The restaurants were world class and delicious. We can’t wait to come back. "

"Great place. Free Mountain ski shuttle picks up on public road next to Inn. Only 5min ride to ski area. Grocery, liquors store nearby,, 5min walk."

"The hotel was located at an amazing spot facing the mountains. The alpine wing was newly built and the rooms were really good size, the kitchen and the kitchenware provided was very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and reception staff were helpful with providing info on current events happened at Jasper, and places to go for."

"The room was spotless and the staff were a pleasure to deal with. Loved the quietness of the buildings. A bit of a ways to town, but other than that, it was a perfect stay. "

"Room was updated and clean! Staff were super friendly helpful! The heating system made farting noises every time it turned on but once I realized it wasn’t my husband farting I got used to it. Whisky Jacks was great!"
