"Miette was truly an enjoyable stay. We stayed in the Pocahontas cabin and it was perfect for our family of 4. It appeared newly renovated. The only recommendation is better pull out coach and bed. Both were not great for sleeping. However the staff were extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The recreational room was a place we enjoyed thoroughly in the evening along with the great coffee machine and fresh cookies every morning. Definately will return!"

"The room is clean. But the Air Conditioner didn't work well. The front desk staff said they reset the breaker but the AC can only maintain the room temperature to 72-74F, after running for the whole day. The AC is noisy during the night. Overall the hotel is good for solo travelers."

"I dint like anything about this place. First of all they charged us 300 per night not even worth it. The room was dirty no vacuumed the couch has so much pet hairs and when we converted to bed there were tissues in there we tried cleaning it so my son can sleep but later he started sneezing and itching with red bumps We went to front desk and complained she us like we are fully booked we can offer u cleaning but nothing else my question is you dint cleaned before? And if u did is the the same...

"This facility is a motel at best, I don’t know why it’s called a “3 star hotel”. The pictures are very misleading. Not well maintained or properly cleaned. There was some molding and rusting. Check in staff was very unwelcoming. Overall not a good experience at all."
