"Hotel con muy buena ubicación pero los años ya se le notan, con instalaciones algo viejas y el cuarto daba mucho que desear en verdad. De menos las fotos de la habitación que mostraba el anuncio no era el mismo que me hospedaron. El baño se me hizo de espacio muy reducido y creo que por el costo y por el anuncio, esperas algo más. En definitiva, lo único que le da el valor agregado al hotel es la vista de las cataratas, pero de ahí en fuera no lo recomendaría y me iría l aproxima vez alguno...

"Staff are helpful....valet parking is quick though a lit bit pricey but for convenience its worth it especially if you have lots of stuff to carry...walking distance to all attractions and lots of restaurants around the hotel..good for family ...on clifton hill area...room is clean and spacious..."

"The property is amazing. It’s clean and has amazing views. The restaurant is great. The rooms are fantastic and very spacious. My only complaint is the price of parking. It’s $100 which I think is too much. Other than that it is a terrific hotel."

"Hotel common areas are clean and inviting. Room was clean and spacious. AC/heating unit ran quietly. Sufficient channels on the TV. Bed was comfortable with multiple pillows. Shower water pressure and temp controls very good, supplies ample. Overall the staff was friendly and courteous, however the server we had for breakfast could use some training. Our first cup of our "bottomless" coffee arrived as we were just about finished eating breakfast from the buffet with a 2nd cup provided...

"Good hotel for stay and awesome swimming pool"

"After traveling for 6 hours we were told that the hotel was booked due to flooding in another part of Canada. We were moved to a different hotel. Hyatt Regency and our room was nice. The view was amazing!"

"Our shower was plugged and water was everywhere. They attempted to fix it but were unable to. We came back in the evening with a message that we needed to move rooms. The room we were moved to did not have an unobstructed view of the Harbour. We were not compensated in any way for this inconvenience. The food in the restaurant was subpar."

"I just expected more for a Marriott. The room itself and the property were great. The view of the falls from the 20th floor was awesome. The disappointing part came on the amenities. They offer deals on breakfast bar but you can’t take anything back to your room for folks that did not want to be in public yet. They offer deals on milestones Resturant which is their in-house restaurant but the deals are only for dine in customers. There are no snack machines in the motel. They do have a souvenir...

"The two rooms were clean and tidy. Just a 40-minute walk to Banff city center. Hotel hourly shuttle service was excellent."
