Struttura d'epoca bellissima, stanza molto grande e pulita, peccato la mancata pulizia della zona piscina dove purtroppo c'erano foglie secche ovunque, e angolo bar, seppur con grande frigo a uso comune (a pagamento) funzionante, lasciato abbandonato e non tenuto pulitissimo. Anche le.ragnatele sotto la tettoia si sarebbero potute togliere. È mancata la.sorveglianza da parte del personale, sarebbe bastata una persona che veniva di tanto in tanto a dare un'occhiata che fosse tutto in ordine e tenere tutto.pulito, anche con la presenza degli ospiti. Colazione ottima, stanza della colazione affrescata, veramente unoca nel.suo.genere.

Esperienza Imbarazzante
Abbiamo prenotato e pagato anticipatamente ma al nostro arrivo del 1° maggio non risultavamo tra gli ospiti. Alla reception abbiamo dovuto attendere parecchio pur esibendo la prenotazione e la ricevuta di pagamento pur risultando a loro libera la camera deluxe pubblicata su hotels.com.
Ad un certo punto, non sapendo cosa fare, ci hanno assegnato una camera. La camera non era dotata di frigorifero ne cassaforte, erano presenti danni alle pareti, ai battiscopa, alle zanzariere, l’applique sopra al comodino sul lato destro era priva del cordino di accensione e quindi inutilizzabile. Nel servizio igienico non erano presenti articoli di cortesia (cuffia da doccia, vanity set, ….) la ventola di aspirazione era molto rumorosa e lo scarico del lavandino emetteva continui rumori e le lenzuolo erano bucate. La mattina ci siamo presentati nella sala colazione alle ore 8,40 e purtroppo il buffet era praticamente esaurito poichè la cameriera non era stata informata della nostra presenza. Imbarazzata ci aveva prospettato un tempo di attesa di circa 40 minuti per poter scongelare e scaldarci almeno due brioches. L’addetto alla reception garantiva la presenza fino alle 19,30 del giorno del nostro arrivo per cui non siamo stati in grado di sottoporre alla sua attenzione i problemi riscontrati. Anche al mattino la reception era deserta. Nota curiosa: l’hotel Villa Dragoni mi ha inviato alle ore 04:01 del 3 maggio la mail di richiesta di comunicazione dell’orario di arrivo!!!!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Leider habe ich bei der Buchung nicht darauf geachtet, ob eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Die gab es leider nicht, daher würde ich im Sommer diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen. Zu allen anderen Jahreszeiten auf jeden Fall!
