IHG Brooklyn Hotels

New, clean hotel within 5 minute walk to Barclay Center and subway. Catch the #2 train for a 35-40 min ride into Times Square. We attended an event at the Barclay Center and walked back to the hotel around 10:30-11:00pm every night with no issues. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk staff who helped with restaurant suggestions, directions and ordering pizza for us!!! The reason for the 4 rating for both the room cleanliness and room comfort was due to the fact that when we checked in, one of the beds had not been made up. The problem was quickly and efficiently resolved by the friendly housekeeping staff. Also, my only complaint (which is just a personal preference), is that the bathroom door is frosted glass, not solid wood and although you can't see through it, was a bit uncomfortable for my friend and I. On my next visit to New York, even if I'm planning on visiting Manhattan, I will be staying at the Holiday Inn Downtown Brooklyn!

Didn't realize when I booked this hotel that it was a health conscious hotel but it was a nice surprise! Healthy food, work out equipment in the room with videos in addition to gym. Super friendly staff! Would stay there again!

Staff was very accommodating. Great breakfast for what it is. Great location in Brooklyn. Only complaint is noise from other guest slamming doors. Staff was very apologetic.
