"The staff at concierge was very friendly and we were able to do an early check in, little did we realise we had been upgraded to another room (I didn’t know until I looked back at our booking). The room was amazing, clean and tidy and the bathroom was large with a shower big enough for two. Took us a while to get the air con how we wanted it but it was the best sleep we have had in a very long time. Comfy bed and amazing pillows. We will definitely be back! "

"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

"Large rooms, great location, friendly staff and amazing amenities. This property was across the road from Westfield Parramatta and a brief stroll from Church Street restaurants and cafes and Parramatta station. "
