After booking, we got the welcome message stating to book in with reception for 1 hour gym sessions. They also let us know the pool was closed during school holidays. We were bummed about the...

"Nice property in the western suburbs of Sydney. Located close to a shopping center with dining options. My only issue was when I told the front desk staff that the gym water cooler wasn't working, and asked if they could do something about it, the gentleman simply said no and went into detail on how he could not help me. Thankfully a more experienced staff member intervened and offered me a bottle of water to help me through my workout. The only other thing is they charge $14 for parking in...

"Unfortunately, a catalogue of errors turned a straightforward overnight stay into an extremely stressful experience.
I booked specifically because I was working back-to-back 14-hour shifts and needed to avoid a three-hour round trip home. I arrived at 10pm, collected my key as instructed and was allocated Room 218.
