Carl and Ahmoud were amazing and went out of their way to make my stay incredible. "Such a great hotel - super convenient location, very clean, tidy and lovely spacious rooms considering its city location. We loved being so close to the trams and train, and we could get into the centre in just 5 minutes. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed all the amenities of the room. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family! "
