A great place to stay!

After reading other peoples experiences on trip advisor I had high expectations of the Crown Inn. I'm glad to say I was not dissapointed. The staff and locals were all very friendly, the home cooked food was delicious and the accomodation clean, comfortable and well located at the rear of the pub away from the main bar etc. I would definately recommend the Crown Inn and will certainly be going back there myself as I was made to feel most welcome and quite at home.

lovely hotel in a great location , rooms were very clean and spacious . food was very good and the staff were very helpful as well overall a very good place to stay to explore margate and the surrounding area.

A quiet weekend stay an easy drive to Broadstairs

Memorable Landlord, relaxed atmosphere - and the chef knows his/her stuff (enjoyed both evening meals).

Great place to stop

Made to feel very welcome by staff. Room very comfortable with everything you need. Lovely friendly Pub. Resturant food good. Would definately stay hear again. As someone else has said don't be put off by the outside !!

Fantastic little gem

This was a lovely little guest house. The service could not have been better or friendlier and we were made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was excellent and with fantastic service and endless rounds of toast! We usually stay in 4-5* hotels but the friendliness and service of The Crown Inn rivals if not beats some of those we have stayed in. Thoroughly recommend it.

We were really impressed with everything about the inn, we had the best steak we've ever had and the landlord and landlady are so friendly and accommodating.

Nothing was too much trouble

No problem with late arrival or breakfast outside in the sun. Very helpful and flexible. Sheets beautifully ironed and clean. A gem.

Hyggeligt familievenligt hotel - kan anbefales

Rigtig hyggeligt hotel, fint værelse. Vi prøvede bar og restaurant, og det har helt i top. Morgenmaden var også rigtig god. Personalet var meget venlige. Helt klart et sted vi vil komme tilbage til!!

Great little hotel in a beautiful old pub

The perfect hotel, such a nice pub with great food. Lovely rooms and so very comfy. Perfect place for exploring the surrounding area in Thanet. Clive the owner is the perfect host.

The Crown Inn at Ramsgate Road Sarre in Kent

We were very impressed with the welcome and service on our arrival. Our room was clean & comfortable with all facilities that one would expect from a small family run hotel. The restaurant was very good with a good choice of menu, reasonable prices, piping hot food and very good service. The owners and staff were very friendly and know the area very well which was helpful as this was our first visit. We will go to this hotel again.
