Customer service was excellent! Staff were ready to provide anything and everything, including sea sick pills. Very impressed!

Likes: 1. Use of Messenger as means to communicate with staff. 2. Very strong wifi signal. 3. Whole concept (no tv but nightly outdoor movie screenings). 4. Friendly service crew and ever chatty manager. 5. Proximity to ferry terminal. 6. Inclusive Treasure Bay package. 7. Hardworking housekeeping crew and room conditions Dislikes: 1. One occasion when staff insists all ither reataurants in island are closed and can only dine in resort on CNY day - which is not true. Even refused to help me arrange my dinner outside. 2. Food quality - 3star standards.

Love the resort. Near to treasure bay. However menu at the compass rose cafe is quite limited. Food quality is pretty good.

Pool is amazing Food is good but boaring if you stay there some days and have to eat lunches and diners. Restaurant room is very unpersonal and no table outside to eat No free activity even crossing a small float tube bridge is charged Personel very nice

The check in counter was a bit misleading. Our room is already checked in, but staff did not know what to do. And ask us to wait for the other staff. The other staff just took her time to explain to another customer in Malay. I Guess she’s hoping that she did not need to speak English to us. After waiting for about 15 mins standing at counter with no one, the other service staff came back and finally found out key to the tent. The room was great and had a wonderful time to stay there like camping!
