"The hotel is set on a beautiful setting in a stunning village of kirtlington. The hotel itself is idyllic to look at from the outside with beautiful stone work. The hotel has a good outdoor seating area and a fantastic restaurant with tasty Indian food. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome. They are so passionate about their business it really makes your stay that extra special. The rooms are clear tidy and very cosy. "

"i was a bit scared after seeing so many negative reviews but after staying here, it was literally fine!!! you gotta keep in mind this is a huge university town, of COURSE it will be loud! however, we were not terribly disturbed by the noise- it really wasn't bad at all, i didn't get woken up by any noise. the beds were also fine. yes, there was a bit of an odor, but it was not horrible. the room was small, but fine as we were out and about a lot of the time/didn't stay in the room for a lot of...
