"The lady who greeted us and bar staff were very polite and friendly. Food was excellent. Room were ok, not in our opinion boutique, but quirky.Yes the beds are very squeaky. Rooms could possibly could benefit from a little TLC. Saying that the price and location to Bicester village was the reason we booked.The only other thing is the confusion over breakfast included. This could be an error of the hotel or the website. Nether the less, breakfast is not included. "

Being honest the receptionist was a sweetheart and did the best that they could, but the hotel was a different story entirely. "If you want a good nights sleep don’t go here . Not the owners fault early morning bin wagons market setting up . Quality of the room was poor shower door missing hairs on the bathroom floor. Mattress was like a bed of nails"
