There is no one in the office at any time there is a number you can call but no actual person the hotel is supposed to have bagels and oatmeal and light breakfast but nothing was available either morning I was there were also dirty dishes in the sink with food crusted to it and the countertops were sticky it looked like no one had been there in a while because all of the air conditioners were covered with foam and garbage bags so the rooms were hot. "Sunday River is a cozy, friendly place to stay. The staff was helpful and attentive. I had the pool, hot tubs and gym all to myself. The rooms and appliances are dated yet functional. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was pleasant."

The hotel is situated right at a traffic light. The only other issue we encountered was at certain times there was a lot of noise from the floors above and the people next door to our room.
