10/10 Excellent
"I never expected the level of service that we got. We stayed for 16 days and every single person who worked here - EVERY ONE - was cheerful, helpful, friendly, and amazing. We had medication in the mini fridge, and the fridge was too cold, which could freeze the medication. We called the front desk, and 20 minutes later we had a brand new mini fridge! They helped us figure out transportation, they asked about how we were doing, if we were happy, etc. The pool and hot tub were really nice and CLEAN and they give you clean towels there. The breakfast area was always well-stocked and the fruit was always fresh and theyโ€™d refill everything that ran out immediately, be it coffee, eggs, or toast. I also loved that it was within walking distance of the bus station, which takes you to the fancy mall, or to the train to get into Seattle. Most days we had a rental car and appreciated having a garage to park in at the hotel. I have been to Seattle many times, and usually stay downtown, but this time I was here for a weeks-long event and needed a quieter place where I could chill out. I already miss the hot tub and the staff. Iโ€™d definitely come back. There are so many parks nearby too. We went hiking, to botanical gardens, and to a lake."
