"Really nice hotel, cleanliness with housekeeping could use a little attention (found a few hairs in tub, bed stains((could tell they were washed in)) in sheets, but overall very nice hotel, large rooms and comfy beds. Staff was excellent. Location was wonderful. "

"The spot was amazing for what we had planned- walking distance to so many things, Space Needle, Chihuly Glass museum, Climate Pledge Arena, even Pikes Market and the Piers! However, we did a moms and daughters, 4 girls to a room, and never had hot water our whole stay. Cold showers for everyone, each day, day or night. I called down our first night and the next morning, but seemed like a hotel problem. In the end they did credit our daily parking fees. But I might rather uber to things and have a hot shower next time. I’m 50/50 at this point. "

"Clean suite, good workspace, great location"

"Unexpected fees for parking, room service, and “continental breakfast”. No on sight parking and very few options for their continental breakfast. The hotel it’s self looks clean, but there is a weird smell in the halls and there were splatters from a previous guest on the wall. Also, the handle to the bath faucet was difficult to pull out to turn on the water and it felt like it was going to fall off. The window in the room opens which is great, but there are no safety features to prevent falling out and the window was difficult to close all the way due to warped vinyl from weather."
