"Great hotel in a central, walkable location. The front desk staff were fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean, in excellent condition, and worked as it should. It felt safe and the green street and dog park made it feel like a neighborhood. Lots of people started here and departed for a cruise; we were here for sightseeing and this was a good choice to be able to explore multiple areas. Staff gave great recommendations for Biscuit B*tch and Ludi’s."

"There’s a very handy coffee/food store that stays open late in case you get in after everything else is closed. The staff was fantastically helpful and kind. Rooms are remodeled and very nice, clean and comfortable. The fitness center is large and filled with sufficient equipment. My only complaint is that the body lotion provided will not come out of the container; otherwise, this was a 5 star experience all the way!"

"I started my search for hotels on Tik Tok and narrowed it to about 3. It ultimately came down to location. This was a 6 minute walk to Pile Place Market, the waterfront and the ferry to Bainbridge island, and short drive to the Space Needle. Customer service was great my room ready when I arrived around 11 am, I thought I was just going to leave my bags and get my day started until check in. Lobby bar was attrocious on the Friday night we arrived with plated on seats and waiting 25min for drinks. $36 for a glass of mediocre Pinot Noir... Pool also in need of some TLC and attendants to keep the area clean. "
