"Property is older and could be kept cleaner. Entrance and main restrooms were dirty when we arrived, somewhat later in the day. The rooms are good size but chipped walls and bathroom fixtures made the room appear older. Overall the location is good in terms of proximity to local attractions, breakfast was decent and bar is convenient.
Our main reason for “okay” review is one night someone tried to get into the room and stated he is from the front desk. I had the door security lock on so he...

"We walk into the hotel around 11:30 AM 3 hours early for
check-in thinking my room wouldn’t be ready, but to my surprise it was. We checked in got our room and went inside, as soon as we opened the door there was a baby’s crib inside I went back to the front desk instead of sending someone to remove the crib they gave us another room which was bigger and 2 bottles of water at no charge
From the 2 guys once you go through the doors to the 2 employees at the front desk to the lady who cleans the...

"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at with exceptional service by the staff. I would like to give a shout out to Greg the manager that was more than helpful and patient when we realized I made two reservations and only needed one. He went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you Greg.
To Ethan the young maintenance man I briefly met when I was walking out to my car, he was so friendly and made a point of saying hello and comment about my car. Thank you for making my morning...
