"Patio was locked, the property assistant was not in the area to help and would not put us in contact with the property owner. Bathroom not attached to the room and terrible location to park a car. We asked for a partial refund as we booked primarily because of the patio and they did nothing to apologize or remedy the situation. Not a good experience. We also messaged the property with a few questions and never heard back."
