To start our vacation we had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes at the airport for the shuttle in which I called the hotel 3 times to ask where it was. On the first 2 calls I was informed that he left and should be there in 10-15 mins. Third call I was informed he hadn’t left yet. We had a 20 month old baby with us so you can only imagine how hard it is to entertain a baby at that age in an airport.
We then get to the hotel and asked if there was anyway we could possibly get a room early so we could put the baby down for a nap. Was informed yes the first room available would be ours. Well 3 1/2 hours later we finally got a room. Upon asking a few times we were informed that they cleaned the rooms but had to wait for the bedding to dry to make the beds. I commented that you only have one set of sheets per bed and was informed that that was correct. We finally ended up talking to the Manager and she rushed to get us a room.
To say the least that was my first and last stay at a Comfort Inn or Comfort Inn and suits.
Not a way we wanted to end our vacation especially when we received excellent Customer Service on our Cruise.
