Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice.

The hotel room is comfortable and the view in the morning is breathtaking. I stayed in a room facing the hills and the stadium. It's quiet and you'd hardly hear any movements. The sheets are pure cotton, clean and crisp.

Great location with lots of eatery around. Friendly staff provide a lot of help during our stay. Spacious and clean in the unit. Bed very comfortable and clean especially we have sensitive nose. Definitely my first choice when I come to Penang. Very recommend.

i used to come to penang previously for a short vacation. i also book hotel through the internet. before this i book one of the hotel room exactly the same price as at room that i book at corum view hotel. but what i see is not as what i get at 'that' hotel. but at corum view hotel, i was very satisfy because i get the service and room as what i see on the internet. thank you soo much. one of the staff there also very friendly.

Plenty of gorgeous historic boutique hotels in Georgetown but this one makes an enormous effort on service and, while not without some bumps, it shows. A few room quirks: surprisingly only 2 or 3 TV stations, with no English news. Yes, you are not here to watch TV but... AC is rather loud. The hotel is above Il Bacaro Italian restaurant--a very good place. Breakfast there (Il Bacaro, complimentary with hotel stay) offers many options, fresh and homemade.

You get what you expect from Marriott. At least I did. I was there for work hence it worked for me. Would I go back for leisure but I may also look at other options which is in the neighborhood for the price range. That said they delivered what a Marriott is expected to deliver.
