Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal

Tolles Hotel mit sehr sehr nettem Personal. Schöne, sehr saubere und klimatisierte Zimmer, wunderbares Frühstück auf der Terrasse und netter kleiner Pool. Aufzug ist vorhanden und die kleine aber feine Theke/Bar im Eingangsbereich lädt sowohl zu einem Kaffee, als auch zu einem Veneziano oder einem gutem Glas Wein ein. Absolut empfehlenswertes Haus.

What a thoroughly lovely hotel. All areas immaculate, staff super helpful, calm,friendly and efficient. Likely stems from excellent leadership by the family owners. 3 brothers all hands on, run a fantastic place. On my husbands birthday during our week they left nice bottle prosecco, card and 2 glasses. On leaving we were given large bottle of the hotel olive oil. Location is perfect for exploring east side Lake Garda being halfway north and south. Bus stop on road just steps away and lovely easy flat walk 10 mins into Bardolino. Excellent restaurants of all price levels within walking distance. This place is a keeper.!!!

Hübsches zentral gelegenes Hotel. Freundlicher Service. Einziger Nachteil ist dass die Abgase der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße bis an den Pool zu bemerken sind.

Nettes, kleines Hotel mit perfektem Service !

Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Häusern (Hotel Gardenia & Villa Charme), deren Einrichtungen wechselseitig benutzt werden können. Es liegt zwischen Bardolino und Cisano. Fußläufig sind es nach Bardolino entlang der Uferpromenade ca. 10 Minuten. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Frühstück ist einfach klasse, mit Kaffeespezialitäten und extra zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Was unbedingt erwähnt werden muss, ist die Freundlichkeit, sowohl des Personals, als auch der Hotelinhaber (3 Brüder). Wir haben so etwas noch in keinem anderen Haus vergleichbar erlebt. Insgesamt ist festzustellen, dass das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden kann. Auch wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rundum gut

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub in Bardolino. Wir haben über das Internet dieses Hotel gefunden und gebucht. Sind im Nachhinein über aus zufrieden gewesen, da alles von Personal Bis Zimmer gepasst hat. Das Hotel steht nicht für übermäßigen Luxus, aber für ein gutes bodenständiges Hotel. Das Frühstück im Hotel also italienische Verhältnisse herausragend! Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass man in die Stadt circa 15 Minuten Fußweg benötigt.

Beautiful Hotel in a Beautiful Town

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Gardenia. The room was spacious, super clean with a large balcony overlooking the lake. Marta was outstanding from the moment we checked in until the time we have to leave. Highly recommend this place. The owners clearly take a lot of pride in their business.

Amazing experience from start to finish.

I have stayed in some lovely hotels but this is the only hotel i have given a review. The hotel is beutiful, can't believe only has a 3 star rating. The location is very good only a short walk to the lake and very well placed to see other parts of lake garda. Also the bus stop is right outside the hotel, for reaching the train station and other towns around the lake. The best thing about our experience were the hotel staff who were very friendly and helpful, we were even given a leaving present after checking out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a memorable stay in lake garda.

Lovely hotel

The hotel was excellent . Very clean, and the rooms had everything you need. The two pools were a wonderful bonus, as was the bar. The staff cannot do enough for you, and all speak English. The location of the hotel is good, with a pleasant walk into town along the lakeside. Bus stops are nearby too.

Super freundlich, gutes Frühstück mit Eiern in allen Variationen. Gute Aperol Spritz. Hotel samt Pool sauber und gepflegt. Gardasee in direkter Nähe. Radverleih problemlos vom Hotel aus. Zahlreiche Restaurants in Bardolino, ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß.

Ein Hotel in das man mehrmals geht

Das Frühstücksbüffet ist mehr als ausreichend...der Service hervorragend...unser Zimmer war leider ohne Balkon...das nächste Mal nur noch ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick...Pool ist ok...15 Minuten zu Fuß am See entlang bis zur Innenstadt...wie werden nochmals hinfahren

Bardolino's best

The staff and service provided by the hotel was superb. We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was any trouble when requested. The breakfast had a large selection and was replenished frequently and the rooms were kept extremely cleanly. We enjoyed the stay so much that we are already planning to return again.

Needs updating.

The moment you walk into the hotel it's relaxing, the reception staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. After being shown to our room we were given a complimentary welcome drink. Then the receptionist spent time with us going over places to visit and best form of transport. When you came in the evening they were interested In your day. Every area of the hotel is so very clean. I'm afraid there are negatives to the hotel. When we were shown our room my heart plummeted, although it was very clean it was like walking into a 80's time warp. When you are spending that amount of money on a premium room you expect a lot better even if you weren't paying a lot standards should still be high. The decor is so outdated, the beds and pillows hard. Also if you want wifi in your room you have to pay extra. If the rooms could be updated you really would have a gem. in your day.

Angenehmes Hotel in Seenähe

Das Hotelpersonal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam, die Zimmer wirken frisch renoviert, sind sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Wegen der Lage ist das Hotel am besten für Gäste mit Auto geeignet. Aber es gibt auch Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe und über die Uferpromenade kann man bequem in ca. 15 Minuten in den Ort spazieren.

Schönes Hotel am See!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Eine Nacht! Hotel liegt sehr nahe zum See und zum Zentrum von Bardolino. Bardolino leider völlig überlaufen, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts ...

sehr schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal

Wir waren das esrte Mal in Bardolino, aber nicht das erste Mal am Lago di Garda. Die von uns gewählte Reisezeit war einfach großartig, alles blühte und grünte. Wir lernten aussergewöhnich nette und freundliche Menschen kennen. Man kann das Hotel jedermann empfehlen !

Hotel Gardenia - Bardolino

Hotel is about 15 minutes walk from main resort but the walk is a lovely walk along the lake path and perfectly flat. Hotel staff are as friendly and informative as any I have ever came across. Nichola who runs the Hotel cannot do enough for you and this is the same for all his staff. There are apartments outside of the main Hotel which are spacious and overlooking lake with access to two pools. The main Hotel rooms are also a good size and again a lake view room is best
