"We were disappointed with check in as we were told to take a seat and no one came to help us. When we asked it was clear they forgot about us. The manager rectified by proving us with drink vouchers for sky bar. One day our room had not been cleaned by 3pm . Once we called reception this was taken care of immediately. Otherwise the location and property is overall an excellent choice."

I believe it was even unlocked when we slept. There was just a small locker in the room for valuables but it also didn't feel that secure. Otherwise, it was great! The breakfast was delicious and served until 3 pm! The room was cleaned more than once a day and the staff was very friendly. "
