Smoking Hotels in Balik Pulau

Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice.

Cleanliness, spacious & well maintained

The location is a bit far from town, no hawker stall or restaurant nearby the hotel. Beach are not so clean.

From check‑in to check‑out, the service was warm, attentive, and efficient. Staff greeted us politely, responded quickly to requests, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy and elegant—quiet, clean, and tastefully decorated, creating a perfect relaxing vibe. The lobby and common areas felt sophisticated yet comfortable, and the overall environment was peaceful and pleasant. Every detail showed great care for guests. We had a wonderful...

All excellent.. it’s great holiday for me and feel want to go back there again!

The place was breathtaking and coupled with the rustic beauty of its wooden villa, this place is my dream holiday. The excellent service provided by our Bangladeshi caretaker Saddam and his fellow friends made our stay so pleasant. You can shoot pic of the scenic beauty and charm whole day. We had a fun time at the BBQ pit with food v brought as our villa was facing the pool. We came back with nostalgic memories and many nice pic to share.

Great location with lots of eatery around. Friendly staff provide a lot of help during our stay. Spacious and clean in the unit. Bed very comfortable and clean especially we have sensitive nose. Definitely my first choice when I come to Penang. Very recommend.

New and clean hotel. Good bedding and comfortable mattress. Very cosy stay for both old and young. Direct path to the beach. Would be better if the path can be cleaned up and made into a proper pathway, with water tap to clean up the sand before re-entering the hotel. Certain parts still under construction but overall excellent stay. Will be back.

All good nice to stay for family holiday

As business traveller, this place offer more than what i need. Very easy to locate. And there is good street stall nearby for dinner. Overall was great experience.Friendly staff.

Not my first time staying here.. but this time, is the first time staying with my family (2 adult + 2 kids) during non-peak season. The hotel staffs are polite, helpful & with all smiles. Room's are spacious & comfortable. However, after cleaning the room, the housekeeping staff misplaced my toiletries bag (with all my cosmetics products in it) which I placed on the table (in the morning).. they placed it directly on top of the fridge ventilation hole on the table there.. so when I came back I...

G Hotel is always my go-to hotel whenever I visit Penang. The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining and other nearby attractions. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was equally spacious and well maintained. The overall stay was pleasant and comfortable, as always. Definitely a hotel I would continue to choose whenever I’m in Penang. Highly recommended!
