"Very friendly staffs without a lot of suprised "

"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

Staff were helpful and professional, however, hotel charges you for pretty much everything, limited restaurant/food options, constantly trying to make you pay/close out the bill immediately after placing order by the pool which is extremely inconvenient and odd to do and makes the guest feel like they are doing something illegal. Rooms are not adequately cleaned eg not cleaning/sweeping of the floors, removing empty bottles/glasses or food left...

"Disappointing stay. Not the 5-star experience we expected. Check-in is 3pm, but our room wasn’t ready until after 3:30pm. I spoke to another guest who told me their room wasn’t ready until after 5pm. The hotel was significantly understaffed and struggled to cope when operating at full capacity. I booked a room advertised having a ‘City View’, however the view consisted of the roof of the hotel lobby atrium and a hotel wall. I don’t believe this reasonably matches the description of a city...
