Although there were minor issues with plumbing and housekeeping, the staff addressed these promptly and effectively, underscoring their commitment to service excellence. The hotel's location is also a significant advantage. Situated centrally in Kensington, it is just a 4-5 minute walk from Earl’s Court Tube Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring London with most major attractions within a 10-30 minute Tube ride. The area offers an array of dining and takeaway options, adding to the convenience. While the hotel lacks in-house amenities like a restaurant, gym, or pool, this is more than compensated for by the high standards of service. The rooms were immaculately cleaned daily, and were well-equipped with a microwave,"
