The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. The private Onsen is the best I have ever had the pleasure of using (it is 1000% worth the surcharge) The only issues I had with my stay were some inconsistencies with the online posting and the english room instructions they appeared a little out of date (for example they both listed a dinner that was not available for our stay)"
