"The hotel and room were very nice. My only complaint was that some of the outlets in the room didn’t work. The WiFi was also spotty. On our last night our room door card swipe mechanism stopped working which was frustrating, but the hotel concierge was able to help us out. Hotel is very well maintained and close to everything."

"The property is fine, close to the university on a residential street - safe area to walk around. Breakfast was good - restaurant was closed on Monday night so there was limited choice in the bar. I was in the annex. There were no restrictors on the window so I wouldn't leave it open at night. The room was chilly and the bathroom was quite dilapidated. The kitchenette was handy (cooker, fridge) and there was a little table to eat or work at. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of hot water. It was fine but not 4*"

"Perfect location for visiting family who live in Belfast. Great spacious sitting room/kitchen and dining area. Absolutely great to eat every meal in as there is a Tesco next door. We had a great view of the Black Mountain and the Stadium as we were in Apartment 22 on the 4th floor. Other apartments overlook Lisburn Road Belfast which is great for restaurants, coffee shops and frequent buses. We were a short distance from Adelaide Station which meant we could get to Grand Central Station and then a bus to Belfast International Airport. The Titanic Experience and SS Nomadic is a must. As is Hillsborough Castle and Ulster Museum and Botanic Gardens. We hope to return and would definitely stay here again."

"Really easy check in with the electronic locks. Good location, short walk from Ulster museum and about 20mins to the centre. Quiet street, with no noise internally or externally. Comfy and clean bed."
