"The staff were excellent. When the power went off in our room, they were quick to place us in another room, also giving us a complimentary beverage. The lounge downstairs was a welcoming place to sit, and we even brought in our own food to enjoy in the booths in the rear of the lounge. The only negative was the music they played was a little on the loud side."

"It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized."

"The staff was excellent--Adrohan and the ladies took care of us and were gracious. The real challenge was arriving at the property. There is ongoing construction, so getting in and out was challenging. It took a bit to understand the parking across the street. "

"Our stay at The House Hotel in Belfast was a bit disappointing overall. The hotel was somewhat difficult to find at first, as there were very few clear signs outside the building.
The main issue for us was the “king bed,” which was actually two single mattresses pushed together, with one noticeably higher than the other. It made sleeping uncomfortable and wasn’t quite what we expected when booking a king room.
We also noticed some dark spots on the wall above the pillows that made the room...

"Overall, a really nice stay. The self check-in didn't have any problems for me and was super easy to manage. The room was spacious and clean - very cozy! I booked the room directly over the bar with the discounted rate, and with earplugs, it wasn't bad at all, even on the weekend.
One thing to note (which is in the fine print, but I didn't realize at first) is that there is no lift here, so be prepared to move your luggage up and down the stairs."
