Room was very clean and exactly what we were after for the family. Pool was clean and tidy - not like many other hotels where it’s all let go. Would definitely stay again

Very friendly staff who are willing to help out with any problems. They do have pet friendly rooms, but as the majority of the rooms are carpet you wouldn't want your pet to make a mess.

Position was lovely. Quiet off the road. Reception had available extras if you wanted a glass of wine or a snack & were avoiding another journey to the supermarket. A bowl of fruit each day was fabulous

Inexpensive option with a nice pool in Alice Springs. The bed was comfortable and the room opened out over the mountainside and a pool. The pool was nice, but couldn't get the promised spa to work properly. The staff had good intentions but were not all evenly well informed. The amenities were a bit uneven, specifically bathroom areas. One thing for sure - once the manager helped us out with a transportation problem she was amazing and helpful and very interesting to talk too.

Everything is clean and functional, but the hotel feels a bit dated. It feels like it hasn't really had an update in 20 years. It is a perfectly fine option if the cost is a bit less than the other hotels in the area (which it usually is). Other than the dated feel, it's perfectly comfortable. Comfortable bed, room slightly bigger than average, good ac/air circulation, lots of electrical outlets, sofa, chairs, desk. It's in a quiet residential area at the edge of town, which is exactly what I wanted. If walking, it could be a bit far, if you have a car no problem at all.

Great place to stay for meetings at Conference Centre (attached to Lasseters Casino) just across the road. 2 things to check: #1 Is the restaurant open? If not, you will have to pass the Casino on the way to the nearest good restaurant - Hanuman's is excellent - and maybe run the gauntlet of a Casino brawl. #2 -on arrival - Are there batteries in the air conditioner remote? If not, you may have a very chilly first night!

Very close to Convention Centre

Nice and quiet. Plenty of space in my room; Excellent WiFi. A toaster in the room is needed, perhaps. Able to park car near to stairs. Other guests that I spoke to were all very friendly.
