"Great trip for the family. My kids love the pool. Sad that we didn’t get to enjoy the beach due to the seagassum. Another thing is that the bathrooms are not kid friendly for handicap friendly. It will like climbing a mountain to get into the tub. We definitely could have used a step stool to get into and out."

La comida del hotel es muy buena en todos los restaurantes.
El servicio del personal es excelente y se preocupan constantemente porque los huespedes estén bien atendidos.
Nuestro Local Host Axel fue muy atento y una gran ayuda para tener una estadia mejor de lo que esperabamos. Nos ayudo con reservaciones, dudas, actividades, etc.

"Everything is an extra cost. Breakfast is limited. Rooms have sand in and on arrival. No facilities to shower in after checkout. We were also not told about bug spray being an extra charge - we were STUNG badly at checkout. The guy who showed us to our room said it was all complementary on the coffee table … it’s not."
