"Excellent property in a really nice location with great access to what the city has to offer. The restaurants in the hotel were very good, and there are plenty of options within walking distance if you want to try something different. Don't miss the food at the Cabuya rooftop restaurant. The rooms were very well appointed and we go fantastic and friendly service. I would definitely return if I were to make another trip to CDMX. Thank you to Andaz for a memorable stay!"

"The place looks nicer in pics for sure. Not the best place to stay but definitely not the worst. The location was perfect for our visit but not a neighborhood you would walk at night. Staff was friendly, and the 24 hr room service was nice. The restaurant was nice and food was decent. Would I stay here again? Probably not, unless I couldn’t find a room elsewhere. I would give it a 3 star rating not a 4 that is advertised."

"Excelente por el precio, las habitaciones muy limpias, tiene maravillosas amenidades, muy atentos el personal a cada solicitud, amables y con disposición siempre de atender y resolver dudas. El restaurante todos es 10 🔟 a 💯 muy bueno en todo, habitaciones silenciosas a pesar de que están en la ciudad muy céntrico."
