"I had a wonderful stay, the space was beautifully designed, very clean, and felt calm the moment I walked in. The staff were warm and attentive without being overbearing, which I really appreciated. The location made everything easy, but honestly the thoughtful design details and overall atmosphere are what stood out most. Would absolutely stay again. "

"Everything was perfect. Location was beautiful. Near multiple fancy restaurants and just three blocks away you had food stands that were clean and you could find anything you could think of. From gorditas, huaraches, sea food and even fresh juices. The hotel was clean, and perfect for those instagram photos. Personnel was professional, respectful and kind. "Our room at Pug Seal Polanco Allan Poe was clean and well-maintained. It was lovely to have a balcony. The staff was helpful and prompt. The common areas of the hotel were beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast was generous--wonderful to have both light buffet-type options and to be able to order off the menu. I would definitely return to this hotel, or use one of the other Pug Seal locations, and I will be recommending it to others."

"Location is a gem! This hotel is quite hidden. The room is small but has what you need. Housekeeping will clean everyday if you allow them to. Staff, especially the security personnel are nice."
