"The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable. I kept sleeping in because it was so comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The security of the lofts made me feel very safe. I recommend the Punto Lofts to anyone needing to stay in the South of Mexico City. You will not be disappointed."

"We stayed for 4 nights and everything went excellent. Hotel is clean, modern and service is excellent. Great location, we walked to el zócalo, palacio nacional, la cathedral, torre Latinoamericana and palacio de Bellas Artes. Very walkable. Most of the personal is very nice and polite (some not really, one lady, a waiver at the breakfast was just not happy working there) but other staff was really nice. Definitely we would back to this hotel. "
