"I had booked 3 double rooms for a ski week. The receptionst (Alex) was extremley helpful and the hotel upgraded our rooms to premium. All the staff were great, Thomas even drove us to the ski lift on the first day and recommended a good ski hire shop. Breakfast was great with a large choice of hot and cold options. "The location can’t be beat and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had great views from our room, which had plenty of closet and drawer space. The bed and pillows in our room 108 need to be replaced. "The property was not what I expected as it was chunky with so much thick wood panels and very outdated in style The staff were charming from arrival to departure and an excellent breakfast selection...........Sadly no other meals were served as they said there was no restaurant. The rooms were spotless and inviting ,but very outdated in color and style, such dark colors gloomy halls where lights are automatic left me standing in the dark by the elevator. Not my taste but a happy stay ,Thanks"
