"Hotel is generally an old hotel but maintained well . Breakfast was good . Staff are very friendly and helpful . Even the secuity lady at the entrance was so friendly. I enjoyed the stay , the hospitality was fantastic ."

"This Ibis Styles is very good, the rooms are big, the pool is good and best of all is the rooftop bar and restaurant. The decoration is funky and interesting I will definitely stay again"

"This resort is an absolute gem! The staff are wonderful. This is the first hotel resort I have stayed in where the executive chef comes to your table to personally welcome you and to ask how everything is and if there's anything he can do for you. Johan was amazing and even brought us a cake to say thank you! Staff Members Putri and Jeni in the restaurant, and then Collin in the pool restaurant were marvellous. "Room is not as big as I thought it to be, but the room boasts a big bath tub which my daughter enjoyed a lot. The breakfast spread was good with fruits, bread section, western, Japanese food and 3 live stations. The hotel has seen better days, but it is definitely worth the price. "

"The hotel is literally beside (next door) the Batam Centre ferry terminal, so it was very convenient for us. And Mega Mall is just opposite the hotel. It is also very easy and convenient to go places with GrabCar. We enjoyed our stay at Harris Hotel Batam Centre (first time in a hotel with bolsters which help with good sleep 😅) and the good service and hospitality of its staff. We will not hesitate to stay here again. "

"Staff were great! Exceptional service! Pool was right infront of the dining restaurant / checkin counter so a little strange placement there due to lack of privacy. Its a secluded resort so theres no shopping options but if youre opting to come here for a getaway, its worth it! Buggy service is available to take you between Angsana & Banyan Tree as well - theyre all under the same Banyan Group umbrella so its shared facilities!
