"Class is a nice, simple hotel and spa (we didn’t use the spa). It was clean and in a quiet part of town. It was not really walkable to any convenient stores or restaurants (you probably could walk, but there are no sidewalks and as soon as you walk a half-Kilometer, the traffic is pretty heavy - so not too safe). "Definitely the best value for your money. The room is quite spacious, ie, not squeeshy, like many hotels these days. Very clean, very well designed interior, it's catered more for the millenials (but I love it and I'm a Gen-X!), the room and the entire hotel is light and airy. Very friendly and helpful staff. If all fave hotels in Indonesia are like this one, I'd definitely stay in a fave hotel again whenever I'm in Indonesia. Highly recommended, 5 star for everything."

"On arrival, I wasn’t shown to my room. I wasn’t even shown where the lift was. No fridge. There was long black hairs stuck to the shower walls, & these were never removed in the 4 times it was cleaned during my stay. The toilet paper wasn’t replaced, even when I specifically requested it. "The hotel was great overall. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! The shower took a while to heat up the water, the front desk advised letting it run 15-20 minutes.
