Le logement est tout à fait insalubre, nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude (a la limite cela peut passer) mais lorsqu’en arrivant nous avons découvert les cheveux coincés dans la douche, le rideau de douche troué, noire de crasse, ça en était trop ! "Kamarnya pengap. .. tidak ada AC... bantal dan guling agak lembab... Kmar mandi tidak ada selambu sehingga airnya keluar2 semua sampai basah.. Kulkas juga gak berfungsi... Sprei yg ada bbrp bercak... Untuk breakfast not bad.. Cm sayang knp anak kecil kok harus di charge lg.. Padahal mknnya kan gak sbrp... Not recomend untuk kembali lagi... Tks "

"L’établissement a dû être magnifique à sa construction, mais il est aujourd’hui laissé à l’abandon. La piscine privée du chalet est inutilisable non fonctionnel et sans eau , la piscine commune est en mauvais état et n’est pas nettoyée, et la salle de bain était vraiment sale - robinet vert. De plus, le personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais. C’est vraiment dommage, car le lieu est superbement décoré et a un énorme potentiel.
