"Didn't stay more than 2 hours. Booked for 3 days Missed 1st day 25th due to flight cancellation 2nd day stayed 2 hours as we were tired & hungry. No water in the room or tea or coffee. Getting into room first of all a nightmare. They didn't send instruction about room number, key pickup info then door postcode. Room had used bedsheets. Revolting to stay even a minute. Bought food & water and then we left. How we get reimbursed."

This is my 2nd stay. Felt appreciated and warmly welcome by the front reception, including the front office manager, bell boy up till the male housekeeping. Thy r all so Polite, friendly and very helpful. I am very satisfied with thr svc. Will definitely come back & recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.
Except the room was abit small but its ok for travellers to rest and sleep at night.
We were impressed when the housekeeper made some extra initiatives to deco our towel & lay it...

I really enjoyed my 3 nights stay at Sleeping Lion Suites because:
1) New hotel, so everything still new and furnishing updated, fast elevator
2) Love the reception area, very modern design, circular counter
3) Less than 3 mins easy walk to Pavillion, you can see Pavillion from the entrance lobby, impossible to get lost
4) Walking distance to Lot 10, Jalan Alor, Sungei Wang, you know the drill
5) The skydeck/skybridge is open 24hrs, magnificent view in the morning and nightime too. You can...

Thank you to the staffs in Komune Living and Wellness. I have spent 9 days there and I had a good day. Our room was facing the park and sunrise. We had good view every morning and it energized us.

I'm used to be a regular guest in WOLO with my Boyfriend when we had the vacation to Kuala Lumpur because of the strategic location. New WOLO is so cool and so much different from the previous WOLO now! I was so surprised that almost every design in the hotel has symbolized a story of kl.. That is so impressive.. There must be a lot of hard works behind.. Service, breakfast, and design are superb. I will definitely come back next time!
