The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. My room was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped with everything I needed. "In agreement with most past comments.
Accessible (very close to the karasuma oike subway station) and within walking distance to most places, clean, nice jet stream shower, helpful staff.
Amenities were great. Lots of items available.
The cherry on top is the 24 hour lounge with complimentary bread and pastries that actually taste good."

"- Zimmer sauber und die Betten super bequem.
- die Lage war einfach perfekt. Ums Eck direkt ein 7eleven. Zu Fuß waren wir schnell in der Innenstadt beim berühmten Foodmarkt oder den ganzen Geschäften. Das waren nur ca 10min Fußweg. Auf der Strecke waren auch noch Geschäfte, Supermarkt, Restaurants.
Nur zum Tempel oder Narapark haben wir die Metro genutzt.
- das Personal war sehr freundlich und man hat sich wohl gefühlt
Das Hotel würde ich in Kyoto jederzeit wieder buchen"

"The staff were incredibly helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The room was small as I have grown to expect outside the United States, but the exceptional way space was used made it very cozy. The multifunction shower was unexpected and very pleasant. I didn't have a single complaint."
